I got a cutter, tall and short mold, and the beveler/planer. All the products have worked wonderfully! Everything stated in their descriptions is accurate, clean up is a breeze and they're all well built. But not only are the products exceptional, the creator LiChing has been invaluable as well. She literally reached out to me and talked about not just what she offers but starting a soap business in general. She spent nearly an hour talking to me and offering her experience and knowledge. This amazed me as she clearly is a busy person with multiple businesses to run, yet she was curious about why I was purchasing from her, then those few simple questions just kept rolling and we talked about much more. Since our initial encounter she has sent me multiple references to other customers that were in a similar place to me in the past. As soap recipes vary I've texted back and forth with her about how to get the best results out of her products and build my business. Even if she never called me I'd recommend her products, but she has blown me away with her kindness and compassion.

I purchased the Smooth Cut Pro Soap Cutter after having already used the fabulous soap molds from here. I was a bit hesitant about the cost of the cutter, but was very impressed with the cutter being all stainless, and it was the first that I have seen where you can push through your soap, rather than pulling down to cut. I have struggled with several of the typical pull down multi -bar cutters in the past with having to really force the cutter down sometimes, and also getting drag marks and loose wires constantly. I bit the bullet, and ordered this and I really LOVE it. It cuts so smoothly, and you can customize the cut size if needed. It is super fast and easy to clean, fitting nicely in your sink for easy washing. There was a slight misunderstanding about the final bar cut size when I originally ordered this, and that issue was immediately addressed to my complete satisfaction. They now offer two versions of this cutter to address the different preferences in the bar sizes. The cutter is extremely high quality, and the professional way the customer service is handled, is top notch. The saying you get what you pay for really stands true with their products, and exceptional service here. Thanks Again for everything!!
I purchased a few of the different sizes of Easy Clean soap molds, and I absolutely love them for several reasons. First, they are extremely high quality, and easy to set up, disassemble, and quick and easy to clean. Love that they are made with high grade stainless, so never have to worry about warping or fragrance lingering. They also take up very little space compared to having to store large solid molds. Second, (and one of the main reasons I was interested to begin with) these molds are highly customizable for various sizes of batches. I can make individual loaves, or I can use the whole mold (or even just use part of it) as a slab mold, and then cut down into logs based on the sizes I am looking for. I can unmold my soap much quicker than when using silicone, and always get a perfectly straight side. Just so many different options that you can’t get with typical molds. Lastly, the customer service is OUTSTANDING!! If you call with any questions or concerns, the owner will go above and beyond to help you in any way possible to make sure your questions are answered and you are satisfied in every way. It is very apparent that she takes a high level of pride in producing not only top notch products, but also in the way that she handles her customers. No question that I would purchase here again if I need more molds. Thank you!!
I just received it today! I just planed some soap and, wow, it's fabulous! You have single handedly fixed my biggest soapmaking headache by making this planer. I cannot belive how clean and even it planes with minimal effort, how thin it slices, and how easy the cleanup is. My old planer had me ripping my hair out, and I've used crappy variations of it for 5 years now. Wooden, acrylic, they are all terrible in comparison. I've been debating buying your planer for well over a year, and I'm kicking myself for waiting so long. This new planer is absolutely worth every single penny, so thank you very much for making this!!!!
This trimmer works beautifully. I was skeptical, but I bit the bullet and bought it. After planing and beveling over 400 bars of soap in the past 2 days, I definitely feel that this tool is worth every penny. It works easily and leaves our soap looking professional and polished. The seller is also super sweet and genuinely a great human. If you're on the fence about buying this, just go for it. You'll love it.

Her child is very good at Japanese, so she was also a cute interpreter, which was very helpful.

This thing is solid! It was pretty expensive for what it does but there is no better tool that does it as well and is as easy to clean. Very pleased with this purchase.
A priceless tool! We're happy we didn't waste money and time on any other beveler/planer. The 3mm beveler is nice, but can understand why others would add the 5mm to their tool list, as the 3mm bevel is fine and petite, perfect for smaller soaps. I imagine the 5mm bevel looks more defined and noticeable on bigger soaps. We are happy with our purchase!

The SmoothTrim Soap Planer has been an invaluable tool. Solid design, soaps look beautiful, and it is easy to clean. I paired it with the 6 Second Beveler and my soaps look so polished. I started my business out using tools from a popular big-box online site. They were difficult to clean and the blades were terrible. Never have to replace a blade on these! Highly recommend these soap tools - they are truly the *chef's kiss*
