SmoothCut™ Multi-Bar Soap Cutter 3.0

I purchased the Smooth Cut Pro Soap Cutter after having already used the fabulous soap molds from here.  I was a bit hesitant about the cost of the cutter, but was very impressed with the cutter being all stainless, and it was the first that I have seen where you can push through your soap, rather than pulling down to cut.  I have struggled with several of the typical pull down multi -bar cutters in the past with having to really force the cutter down sometimes, and also getting drag marks and loose wires constantly.  I bit the bullet, and ordered this and I really LOVE it.  It cuts so smoothly, and you can customize the cut size if needed.  It is super fast and easy to clean, fitting nicely in your sink for easy washing.  There was  a slight misunderstanding about the final bar cut size when I originally ordered this, and that issue was immediately addressed to my complete satisfaction.  They now offer two versions of this cutter to address the different preferences in the bar sizes.  The cutter is extremely high quality, and the professional way the customer service is handled, is top notch.  The saying you get what you pay for really stands true with their products, and exceptional service here.  Thanks Again for everything!!

I got a cutter, tall and short mold, and the beveler/planer. All the products have worked wonderfully! Everything stated in their descriptions is accurate, clean up is a breeze and they're all well built. But not only are the products exceptional, the creator LiChing has been invaluable as well. She literally reached out to me and talked about not just what she offers but starting a soap business in general. She spent nearly an hour talking to me and offering her experience and knowledge. This amazed me as she clearly is a busy person with multiple businesses to run, yet she was curious about why I was purchasing from her, then those few simple questions just kept rolling and we talked about much more. Since our initial encounter she has sent me multiple references to other customers that were in a similar place to me in the past. As soap recipes vary I've texted back and forth with her about how to get the best results out of her products and build my business.
