LiluMold One ™ Collapsible Single-Loaf Mold 1.0
- Quick unmolding. Unlike many traditional silicone molds that may require 24–48 hours before unmolding, LiluMold One™ allows the panels to be removed as soon as the soap loaf is firm enough to handle—helping shorten production time and prepare the mold for the next batch sooner.
- No bulky outer box. Four removable panels slide directly into the precision-guided slots of the silicone base to create a sturdy, self-supporting mold.
- Easy, controlled release. Lift the end panels first, then slide the stainless-steel side panels lengthwise away from the loaf to help preserve its shape and smooth surfaces.
- Smooth, professional results. The rigid panels create straight sides and beautifully smooth surfaces without the wrinkles often left by paper liners.
- Ideal for artistic soap designs. The clear end panels allow you to observe the soap batter while creating Taiwan swirls, layers, and other decorative techniques.
- Compact and space-saving. The mold separates into flat components for convenient storage when not in use.
- Easy to clean. Every component can be removed individually, allowing easy access to all surfaces.
- Durable and reusable. Made with high-quality stainless steel, clear acrylic, and a custom silicone base for repeated soap production.
- Patent-pending design. Thoughtfully engineered to simplify mold assembly, unmolding, cleaning, and storage.
-
Flexible liner options. No liner is needed for medium- or thick-trace soap designs. A properly fitted liner is required for light-trace swirl designs because the highly fluid batter may seep through the panel joints.
LiluMold One™ is an innovative, patent-pending single-loaf mold designed to make soap production faster, easier, and more space-efficient.
Unlike conventional loaf molds that require a bulky wooden or metal outer box, LiluMold One™ uses four removable rigid panels that slide directly into the guided slots of a flexible silicone base. The closely fitted components create a sturdy, self-supporting mold without complicated hardware.
The mold includes two electropolished stainless-steel side panels and two clear end panels. The transparent end panels allow you to observe the soap batter and decorative patterns from both ends of the mold, making it especially useful for Taiwan swirls, layers, and other artistic soap designs.
Quick Unmolding
Many traditional silicone molds may require 24–48 hours before the soap loaf can be removed. With LiluMold One™, the panels can be removed as soon as the loaf is firm enough to handle.
Lift the end panels first, then slide the stainless-steel side panels lengthwise away from the loaf rather than pulling them outward. This quick, controlled unmolding process helps preserve the loaf’s shape and smooth surfaces while allowing the mold components to be cleaned and prepared for the next batch sooner.
The exact unmolding time will depend on your soap recipe, water content, additives, room temperature, and whether the soap has gelled.
Liner Options
For medium- and thick-trace soap designs, liners are not required. Before assembling the mold, brush a very thin layer of fractionated coconut oil onto all soap-contact surfaces to help the panels release easily.
For light-trace swirl designs, a properly fitted liner is required. Light-trace soap batter is highly fluid and may seep through the panel joints without a liner.
This flexibility allows you to enjoy beautifully smooth, liner-free surfaces for medium- and thick-trace designs while using a liner when the fluidity of the recipe requires additional protection.
Easy Assembly, Cleaning, and Storage
Place the silicone base on a flat, sturdy board. Slide all four panels fully into the guided slots, making sure they are securely seated and properly aligned before pouring the soap batter.
After unmolding, every component can be separated for easy cleaning. When the mold is not in use, the panels and silicone base stack compactly to save valuable workspace and storage space.

Why do you use stainless steel?
We use stainless steel because it’s durable, non-porous, and easy to clean. For soapmakers, that means less residue and faster reset between batches—especially after fragrance oils, colorants, and butters. Stainless steel also resists corrosion and wear, so your tools stay beautiful and perform consistently for years.
Why do all LiluSoap Tools® have an electropolished finish?
Electropolishing is a premium finishing process for stainless steel that creates an ultra-smooth, clean surface. This helps reduce buildup from soap residue, oils, colorants, and fragrance—so cleanup is quicker and your workflow stays consistent. It also improves 40X corrosion resistance and helps your tools keep their polished look after repeated use.
